Thursday night, we had the pleasure of seeing our teen perform in his HS's production of Jekyll & Hyde the Musical. It was a complete blast. Overall, the production went well. There was, however, a handful (including my baby and his BF) who were very good, and the boy who played Jekyll/Hyde was simply outstanding.
This was teen's first foray into drama (on stage, that is). He has been singing choir since he was little, even getting to perform at Epcot last year. However, oddly enough, he has been scared to get on stage in a dramatic production. Not only has he gotten over that, but he is thinking of changing is major from graphic design to performing arts (I vote double major but we shall see).
